{"id":85068,"date":"2024-01-09T23:47:21","date_gmt":"2024-01-09T23:47:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/noticiastelered.com\/PortalDNoticias\/?p=85068"},"modified":"2024-01-09T23:47:22","modified_gmt":"2024-01-09T23:47:22","slug":"tomas-yarrington-saldra-de-prision-en-noviembre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/noticiastelered.com\/PortalDNoticias\/tomas-yarrington-saldra-de-prision-en-noviembre\/","title":{"rendered":"Tom\u00e1s Yarrington saldr\u00e1 de prisi\u00f3n en noviembre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CIUDAD VICTORIA, TAMAULIPAS.- Tom\u00e1s Yarrington Ruvalcaba, quedar\u00e1 libre en noviembre pr\u00f3ximo, seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo reporte del Bur\u00f3 Federal de Prisiones.<\/p>\n<p>Originalmente, el ex gobernador de Tamaulipas terminar\u00eda su sentencia en diciembre del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, pero su defensa apel\u00f3 y tras llegar a un acuerdo de culpabilidad por cargos de lavado de dinero, \u00e9sta se redujo.<\/p>\n<p>Sus abogados pidieron que se le reconocieran el tiempo que estuvo detenido en Italia.<\/p>\n<p>En 2023, un Juez del Distrito Sur en Texas, lo conden\u00f3 a 108 meses en prisi\u00f3n (9 a\u00f1os).<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, se le redujo a 104 meses.
