investiga venta de tejones por Facebook en Tamaulipas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Altamira.- La Procuradur\u00eda Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (Profepa) dio a conocer este lunes 3 de julio que recuper\u00f3 cuatro tejones en Altamira, Tamaulipas y que inici\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n sobre la venta ilegal de la especie.<\/p>\n<p>La comercializaci\u00f3n de dichos ejemplares se est\u00e1 efectuando a trav\u00e9s de grupos de ventas en Facebook, los comerciantes venden de manera ilegal y en 180 pesos cada tej\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Personal de la Profepa se pronunci\u00f3 ante esta situaci\u00f3n y&nbsp;<strong>se\u00f1al\u00f3 que para poder comercializar los animales, el vendedor debe de contar con un permiso especial<\/strong>, es porta raz\u00f3n que iniciaron una Facebook.&nbsp;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>De acuerdo con el art\u00edculo 420, fracci\u00f3n cuarta, del C\u00f3digo Penal Federal, la venta ilegal de tejones&nbsp;<strong>es un delito, el cual es castigado con una pena de uno a nueve a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSe impondr\u00e1 pena de uno a nueve a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y por el equivalente a trescientos a tres mil d\u00edas multa, a quien il\u00edcitamente:<\/p>\n<p>IV.- Realice cualquier actividad con fines de tr\u00e1fico, o capture, posea, transporte, acopie, introduzca al pa\u00eds o extraiga del mismo, alg\u00fan ejemplar, sus productos o subproductos y dem\u00e1s recursos gen\u00e9ticos de una especie de flora o fauna silvestres, terrestres o acu\u00e1ticas en veda, considerada end\u00e9mica, amenazada, en peligro de extinci\u00f3n, sujeta a protecci\u00f3n especial, o regulada por alg\u00fan tratado internacional del que M\u00e9xico sea parte\u201d, se\u00f1ala la ley.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Hasta el momento la Profepa ha logrado recuperar un total de cuatro&nbsp;tejones en Tamaulipas, pero&nbsp;<strong>este lunes se ofertaron 10 ejemplares m\u00e1s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Las autoridades<strong>&nbsp;lanzaron un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda para que denuncien a los vendedores que ofertan dichos animalitos<\/strong>&nbsp;y pidieron a la poblaci\u00f3n no comprar la especie protegida.<\/p>\n<p>Los comercializadores estar\u00edan buscando a los tejones y&nbsp;<strong>arrebat\u00e1ndoselos a las hembras que se encuentran refugiadas en
