Entre los beneficios de la cerveza se encuentra el de ayudar a la recuperaci\u00f3n del cuerpo despu\u00e9s del ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio, en el que participaron m\u00e1s de 200 mil mujeres que beben cerveza con regularidad, revel\u00f3 que \u00e9stas ten\u00edan menor riesgo de padecer osteoporosis comparado con la media.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el New England Journal of Medicine estudi\u00f3 a 12 mil mujeres de la tercera edad y concluy\u00f3 que \u00ablas mujeres que beben de medio a un vaso de cerveza al d\u00eda tienen menor discapacidad cognitiva y menor degeneraci\u00f3n en las funciones cognitivas, a comparaci\u00f3n de las mujeres que no beben cerveza\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfA qu\u00e9 se deben esos beneficios en la cerveza?
