Ya es oficial, en Tamaulipas los matrimonios entre personas del mismo sexo se pueden celebrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Esto, luego de 23 d\u00edas de haberse aprobado en el Pleno del Congreso del Estado y ser publicado en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Estado, la reforma al art\u00edculo 132 del C\u00f3digo Civil de Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La publicaci\u00f3n del Decreto 65-419 que incluye esa reforma se\u00f1ala en el citado art\u00edculo 132: \u201cQuienes contraigan matrimonio deben ser mayores de edad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tamaulipas fue la \u00faltima entidad del pa\u00eds en aprobar el matrimonio igualitario, esto ocurri\u00f3 en una sesi\u00f3n accidentada donde grupos a favor y en contra, obligaron a trasladar la sesi\u00f3n del recinto a una de las salas del Congreso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El pasado 26 de octubre fue llevado al Pleno el dictamen que ya hab\u00eda pasado un primer filtro en Comisiones y contado con la aprobaci\u00f3n de 14 diputados y s\u00f3lo uno en contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
