{"id":45844,"date":"2022-04-06T18:48:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-06T18:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/noticiastelered.com\/PortalDNoticias\/?p=45844"},"modified":"2022-04-06T18:48:01","modified_gmt":"2022-04-06T18:48:01","slug":"se-echa-para-atras-samuel-garcia-no-habra-carcel-por-insultar-al-gobernador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/noticiastelered.com\/PortalDNoticias\/se-echa-para-atras-samuel-garcia-no-habra-carcel-por-insultar-al-gobernador\/","title":{"rendered":"Se echa para atr\u00e1s Samuel Garc\u00eda: no habr\u00e1 c\u00e1rcel por insultar al gobernador"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El gobernador de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Samuel Garc\u00eda, solicit\u00f3 al Congreso eliminar el pol\u00e9mico art\u00edculo 85 de la actual Constituci\u00f3n, que se\u00f1ala sobre arrestar hasta por 36 horas a quienes falten al respeto al gobernador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior lo se\u00f1al\u00f3 durante la primera reuni\u00f3n estatal de cultura 2022, donde estuvo como invitada la presidenta del Legislativo, Ivonne \u00c1lvarez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayer anduvieron en Twitter muchos perfiles diciendo que quien insulte al gobierno, 36 horas de c\u00e1rcel; que, dicho sea de paso, ese es un art\u00edculo que est\u00e1 en la antigua Constituci\u00f3n hoy vigente y que, hoy aqu\u00ed le digo a la compa\u00f1era Ivonne \u00c1lvarez, quitemos ese art\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAhorita no andamos para hacer grilla y menos ese art\u00edculo de hace 100 a\u00f1os, \u00bfqui\u00e9n en 2022 va a arrestar a una persona por libertad de expresi\u00f3n? hoy lo sostengo\u201d, sostuvo el gobernador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La \u201cNueva Constituci\u00f3n\u201d fue aprobada por unanimidad en primera vuelta en el Congreso del Estado el pasado 23 de marzo, pero hasta ayer, cibernautas cuestionaban por qu\u00e9 permitieron dejar el art\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incluso, el Coordinador de Movimiento Ciudadano a nivel nacional, Jorge \u00c1lvarez M\u00e1ynez, se posicion\u00f3 por dicho art\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo s\u00e9 de d\u00f3nde sali\u00f3 la estupidez esa de \u201c36 horas de c\u00e1rcel\u201d a quien critique al gobernador de Nuevo Le\u00f3n. No s\u00e9 si est\u00e1 ya en la Constituci\u00f3n, si fue un error nuestro o es una mala interpretaci\u00f3n. Pero puedo asegurarles algo: @samuel_garcias y yo jam\u00e1s lo permitir\u00edamos\u201d, public\u00f3 en un tuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samuel Garc\u00eda invit\u00f3 a enfocarse en lo positivo que est\u00e1 haciendo el Gobierno, como los nuevos programas educativos, de salud y cultura que reci\u00e9n lanzaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reiter\u00f3 que los corruptos ir\u00e1n a la c\u00e1rcel e hizo alusi\u00f3n al caso de Jaime Heliodoro \u201cN\u201d, El Bronco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo creo que el nuevo Nuevo Le\u00f3n va tan bien que pues, los batallosos se andan fijando en esas zonceras y ridiculeces para hacer le\u00f1a donde no hay.
