Victoria, Tam.-<\/strong>&nbsp;A trav\u00e9s de una Iniciativa de reformas al C\u00f3digo Municipal, el Diputado Humberto Prieto Herrera propuso acciones que impulsan una mayor autonom\u00eda a los Municipios, lo cual les permitir\u00e1 ser capaces de organizarse de acuerdo a sus intereses tal como se establece en este ordenamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La propuesta busca mantener la armon\u00eda en las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas en materia de seguridad p\u00fablica en el estado, \u201cSe considera prudente y razonable que en el caso de los bandos de polic\u00eda y buen gobierno, se mantenga el esquema que actualmente plantea el cuarto p\u00e1rrafo de la fracci\u00f3n tercera del art\u00edculo 49\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que tanto el Ejecutivo Estatal como el Congreso del Estado, si advierten que se han aprobado normas que puedan ser contradictorias o contraproducentes en materia de seguridad, puedan activar el mecanismo de revisi\u00f3n que actualmente forma parte del dise\u00f1o institucional de los municipios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cObviamente el resto de las normas municipales quedar\u00e1n excluidos de este procedimiento, logrando un avance importante en materia de autonom\u00eda municipal\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el legislador del Grupo Parlamentario de MORENA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 la importancia de legislar en esta materia, ya que es prioritario que los Municipios tengan plena y verdadera libertad de ejercer sus facultades, pues nadie m\u00e1s conoce mejor las necesidades del pueblo como el mismo Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- Composite Start -->\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"M240110ScriptRootC290005\">\n<div id=\"M240110PreloadC290005\"> Loading&#8230;<\/div>\n<p><script> (function(){ var D=new Date(),d=document,b='body',ce='createElement',ac='appendChild',st='style',ds='display',n='none',gi='getElementById',lp=d.location.protocol,wp=lp.indexOf('http')==0?lp:'https:'; var i=d[ce]('iframe');i[st][ds]=n;d[gi](\"M240110ScriptRootC290005\")[ac](i);try{var iw=i.contentWindow.document;iw.open();iw.writeln(\"<ht\"+\"ml><bo\"+\"dy><\/bo\"+\"dy><\/ht\"+\"ml>\");iw.close();var c=iw[b];} catch(e){var iw=d;var c=d[gi](\"M240110ScriptRootC290005\");}var dv=iw[ce]('div');dv.id=\"MG_ID\";dv[st][ds]=n;dv.innerHTML=290005;c[ac](dv); var s=iw[ce]('script');s.async='async';s.defer='defer';s.charset='utf-8';s.src=wp+\"\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/n\/o\/noticiastelered.com.290005.js?t=\"+D.getYear()+D.getMonth()+D.getUTCDate()+D.getUTCHours();c[ac](s);})(); <\/script><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Composite End --><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
