{"id":26129,"date":"2021-08-04T13:51:12","date_gmt":"2021-08-04T13:51:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/noticiastelered.com\/PortalDNoticias\/?p=26129"},"modified":"2021-08-04T13:51:14","modified_gmt":"2021-08-04T13:51:14","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-dos-personas-por-el-asesinato-de-perrito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/noticiastelered.com\/PortalDNoticias\/vinculan-a-proceso-a-dos-personas-por-el-asesinato-de-perrito\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a dos personas por el asesinato de perrito"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tlalnepantla, Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/p>\n<p>Dos personas fueron vinculadas a proceso, luego de que se acreditara su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de maltrato animal, ya que habr\u00eda golpeado y lesionado a un perrito, por cuyas heridas posteriormente muri\u00f3 en Tlalnepantla, Estado de M\u00e9xico,<\/p>\n<p>Tras la revisi\u00f3n de los elementos de prueba recabados y aportados por el Ministerio P\u00fablico, un Juez determin\u00f3 iniciar in proceso legal en contra de Fernando \u201cN\u201d, de 35 a\u00f1os de edad, y Gloria \u201cN\u201d, de 29 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n<p>Ambas fueron detenidos luego de las investigaciones llevadas a cabo por la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM), tras hacerse viral un video en redes sociales, en el que se ve a un grupo de personas golpeando a un perro encadenado en la azotea de un domicilio ubicado en la colonia Santa Mar\u00eda Tlayacampa.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, el Ministerio P\u00fablico integr\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por el delito de maltrato animal y el 27 de julio personal de esta Fiscal\u00eda llev\u00f3 a cabo una diligencia ministerial en el inmueble, encontrando en la azotea al perrito sin vida.<\/p>\n<p>En el sitio se recolectaron varios indicios y art\u00edculos que se habr\u00edan usado para causarle da\u00f1o al animal y posteriormente el inmueble fue asegurado.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el juzgador tras determinar iniciar un proceso legal contra los imputados, les fij\u00f3 como medida cautelar prisi\u00f3n preventiva, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n dio como plazo un mes para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p>Con informaci\u00f3n de Vox Populi Noticias.<\/p>\n<p><!-- Composite Start --><\/p>\n<div id=\"M240110ScriptRootC290005\">\n<div id=\"M240110PreloadC290005\"> Loading&#8230;<\/div>\n<p><script> (function(){ var D=new Date(),d=document,b='body',ce='createElement',ac='appendChild',st='style',ds='display',n='none',gi='getElementById',lp=d.location.protocol,wp=lp.indexOf('http')==0?lp:'https:';
