{"id":112940,"date":"2026-03-03T17:49:36","date_gmt":"2026-03-03T17:49:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/noticiastelered.com\/PortalDNoticias\/?p=112940"},"modified":"2026-03-03T17:49:38","modified_gmt":"2026-03-03T17:49:38","slug":"nueva-ley-prohibira-a-gruas-retiro-de-autos-con-conductor-presente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/noticiastelered.com\/PortalDNoticias\/nueva-ley-prohibira-a-gruas-retiro-de-autos-con-conductor-presente\/","title":{"rendered":"Nueva ley prohibir\u00e1 a gruas retiro de autos con conductor presente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Agencias<\/strong><br>Noticias Telered<br><br><strong>TAMAULIPAS .- <\/strong>En breve tiempo, se autorizarse una iniciativa de reforma a la Ley de Tr\u00e1nsito de Tamaulipas, se frenar\u00e1 el gran negocio de las gr\u00faas por altos cobros por arrastre y corral\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos mal estacionados en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica en franca violaci\u00f3n a la ley vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta reforma aplicar\u00e1 en casos en que los conductores de las unidades de encuentren presentes en el sitio de la falta, evit\u00e1ndose as\u00ed pagos onerosos y manteni\u00e9ndose la infracci\u00f3n ordinaria, con la idea de que no se vuelva a cometer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, el cobro por arrastre de gr\u00faa es de mil 200 pesos y 300 pesos diarios de corral\u00f3n, de acuerdo a las tarifas que se aplicaron el pasado mes de diciembre en Cd. Victoria, adem\u00e1s de que la infracci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan sea el caso oscila entre los 600 y mil 800 pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo pronto, esta ma\u00f1ana en Comisiones, con el respaldo de los morenistas, se aprob\u00f3 la iniciativa formulada por la reynosense Magaly De\u00e1ndar Robinson, que plantea ajustes al art\u00edculo 26 de la Ley de Tr\u00e1nsito del Estado de Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicha modificaci\u00f3n, establece que cuando la persona propietaria o conductora est\u00e9 presente al momento de la remoci\u00f3n, o acuda antes de que la gr\u00faa inicie el traslado, la autoridad deber\u00e1 abstenerse de retirar la unidad o bajarla sin cobro alguno por maniobras o arrastre.
