Presuntamente la causa del deceso habr\u00eda sido un infarto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Almaraz Smer se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como presidente municipal de Ciudad Victoria (2016-2018) y diputado federal por el Distrito 5 en la LXV Legislatura, adem\u00e1s de haber ocupado cargos relevantes en la pol\u00edtica local y estatal.
